ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
THE BODY AS INSTRUMENT.
This two-week workshop will guide participants to embody the given circumstances to
experience how conflict in the character and in the scene must manifest in the actor's body.
Actors will explore the Lucid Body foundation of physicalizing the chakras and how to layer
them to build character. We will also explore how to find the arc of the scene in the body so
that you can stay present during the scene.
Each class includes physical warm-up, combining yoga, breath work, and Pilates
For ages 18 and over. This workshop is great for actors at all levels.
