This two-day workshop is designed for actors looking to enhance their performance by integrating the principles of the Alexander Technique. Over the course of two days, participants will explore true movement and activities to learn how to release excess tension, improve posture, and achieve a greater sense of ease and presence in their work. Through a series of targeted exercises and discussions, actors will gain practical tools that can be immediately applied to their craft.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of how the Alexander Technique can enhance their acting skills. They will leave with practical tools to reduce tension, improve posture, and bring more authenticity to their performances.
