A feature produced by and starring alumna Ale Fips will be the debut project for a new production company started by Michael Hoff. The production company, known as The Shed, will focus on developing film and television projects for global markets.

Ale’s project is titled That’s our thing, What If…. A modern-day love story set in the incredibly tumultuous yet often hilarious dating landscape of Los Angeles, it’s based on the award-winning 2018 short of the same name, which Fips wrote and produced. Hoff will join Fips as a producer of the feature adaptation.
